Terms and conditions for the purchase of video lessons with monthly and annual subscriptions
1. Acceptance of terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“You”) and SHINE with Youma (“We”) for the purchase of video lessons with monthly and annual subscriptions (“Service”). You agree to be bound by these Terms when you purchase the Service.
2. Subscriptions and Payment
2.1. SHINE with Youma offers monthly and annual subscriptions for access to video lessons. The User can choose between the different subscription plans available on the website.
2.2. Subscription prices are indicated on the website and may be subject to change by us without notice. Any price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased.
2.3. You must provide valid payment information and accept the payment terms when purchasing your subscription. You authorize SHINE with Youma to charge the subscription amount to the payment method you provide.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the website. Cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
3.2. There are no refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions. You will continue to have access to the Service until your subscription expires.
4. Use of the Service
4.1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. You acknowledge that the content of the video lessons is the property of SHINE with Youma and/or its content providers. The User does not acquire any ownership rights over the content of the video lessons.
4.3. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, publish or use in any way the content of the video lessons outside of the Service without written permission from SHINE with Youma.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. SHINE with Youma undertakes to provide the Service with the utmost care and competence. However, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5.2. In no event shall SHINE with Youma be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1. SHINE with Youma reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
6.2. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which SHINE with Youma has its registered office (Switzerland).
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
8.2. Users agree that SHINE with Youma may send communications relating to the Service via email or through the website.
8.3. The failure of SHINE with Youma to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8.4. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of SHINE with Youma.
